Cancellation and Reschedules
- Reschedules must be done 24hours of your schedule appointment .
Same day Cancellation you will be charged 99% amount on the card placed on file and you will be BLOCKED.

STARTING THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH MY BOOKING WILL BE OPEN FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH
ALL SERVICES WILL BE RECORDED - Acceptable forms of payment Cash ONLY. (NO REFUNDS).
OFF DAY APPOINTMENT IS BY REQUEST ONLY
If you need your hair done on my off day there’s $150 fee and you have to contact me.
-Please book the correct style as all styles have a different hours and I can not accommodate change due to a busy schedule and inventory.
-Once booked service can not be changed to different style.

*Every style will include a 15 minute break at 4PM, Due to me picking up my kids from school. - I AM THE ONLY BRAIDER. IF YOU ARE IMPATIENT PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ME. I DO NOT WORK WELL WITH IMPATIENT CLIENTS. I DON’T OFFER RUSHED SERVICE.

No call/No show, or not canceling your appointment within 48 hours will result YOU TO BE BLOCK.

If your natural hair is 2-3” you MUST book for small size ( (DO NOT BOOK MEDIUM SIZE )
- No Kids or Extra Guests.
-my off day appointments: $150 Please NOTE that this is an additional fee. - Hair must be washed & blow dried. *I DO PROVIDE WASHING SERVICES but it is an additional fee $40. “DO NOT” put any leave in conditioners or oils in hair. Hair should be product free.
- DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR TRIM
- NO OIL OR PRODUCT IN THE HAIR
- YOUR HAIR NEED TO BE AT LEAST 4 inches all the way for KNOTLESS BRAIDS and it have to be small size only.
